Privacy Policy

The full Privacy Policy will be published before the portal launches. This is a development placeholder.

This development portal records a random journey session ID, selected city and product IDs, and the steps visited. It does not ask for contact details in analytics and does not use advertising trackers.

The delivery PIN code is used only to check serviceability and delivery charges. It stays in the active tab's functional journey state and is rechecked against the database. The PIN code is not written to anonymous funnel analytics or used for advertising.

Authorized local test mode uses a private HttpOnly session cookie that expires after 24 hours. Its server record preserves the rental selection and records zero payment collected. It is separate from anonymous analytics.

Aadhaar verification through n8n/QuickeKYC requires explicit consent. Aadhaar and OTP inputs are used transiently and never stored in browser storage, application logs or analytics. The full Aadhaar number, share code, raw XML/ZIP, sensitive hashes and original provider payload are not retained.

Your permitted verified name, date of birth, gender, address and available photo are encrypted for rental review. Booking contact and delivery details are also encrypted. These private details expire after 30 days from their collection and become inaccessible immediately on expiry. Expired records are removed on subsequent private-data access, at most hourly, and by the provided cleanup command. You can permanently delete retained details from your private KYC or booking-status page. Booking/verification status and consent evidence remain; deletion can prevent processing your request.

Only your private HttpOnly session cookies grant access to your details or booking status. A Booking ID alone does not grant access. Booking status access expires after 30 days. Contact details are used only with your booking-updates consent; live WhatsApp/email messages are not sent in this development step. Backup retention and production legal policies must be configured before launch.
